Manjot Mann, MA, RCC

As a counsellor, I see my role in the therapeutic relationship as being that of a guide. You are the expert of your life and my goal is to help you process your feelings both big and small. I believe that it's important to examine our struggles through a cultural and trauma informed lens as this allows us to come as we are to our sessions and know we will be seen. As your counsellor I hope to empower you as you navigate the path to self-growth.

I graduated from Yorkville University with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. Additionally, I have my Bachelor of Arts in Criminology/Psychology. I am also a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
